Job Description

The Student Counsellor plays a crucial role in guiding and supporting students throughtheir journey in the skill training program. The counsellor is responsible for studentengagement, enrollment, counseling, documentation, retention, and addressing studentconcerns to ensure successful completion of the course.Student Counseling & Enrollment:Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions forprospective and enrolled students.Explain training programs, career opportunities, andoutcomes.Guide students and parents on course selection and address their concerns.Convertleads into admissions through telly calling,follow-ups and proper counseling.Student Documentation & Data Management:Ensure timely collection and verification ofstudent documents and maintain accurate student records.Student Retention & Support:Monitor student attendance and course progression.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
