Flying Star Aviation & Hospitality Academy is looking for a motivated and personable Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through our Aviation & Hospitality training programs, including Airport Ground Handling, Cabin Crew, Air Ticketing, and Personality Development courses. They will be responsible for providing career advice, enrolling students, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Counseling & Guidance:

Provide detailed information about Aviation training programs and career opportunities. Assist students in selecting the right course based on their interests and goals.
2. Student Enrollment:

Handle inquiries via phone and walk-ins. Guide students through the enrollment process and ensure proper documentation.
3. Program Promotion:

Highlight Aviation career opportunities, such as Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, and other positions.
4. Follow-ups:

Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up on leads. Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to enrollments.
5. Coordination:

Collaborate with the marketing team for events, seminars, and promotional activities. Liaise with trainers to ensure smooth student onboarding.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
