: Academic Counselor

Role:

To guide and support students in their academic and career goals while contributing to student enrollment and institutional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on course options, study plans, and career pathways. Guide prospective students and help them enroll in suitable programs. Contribute to revenue targets by ensuring quality conversions from inquiries to admissions. Monitor student performance and provide academic improvement support. Conduct sessions on study skills, time management, and exam preparation. Communicate with parents about student progress when needed. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, leads, and admissions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to counsel, motivate, and guide students effectively. Professional approach, goal-oriented mindset, and confidentiality handling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
