: Minimum 1-2 years preferred (Freshers with internship experience in schools may also apply)

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, qualified, and proactive

Student Counsellor

to support the emotional, academic, and psychological well-being of our students. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working in a school environment and driving student development programs. You will be a vital part of our pastoral care team, ensuring students' mental health and growth are actively nurtured.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct

individual and group counselling sessions

for students and parents. Lead and facilitate programs such as:

No Failure Program

Remedial Classes

for students with learning difficulties or weaker academic performance.

Approval support

for special needs children. Screen students across grade levels to identify psychological or academic concerns. Conduct

Life Skills sessions

for both Primary and Secondary sections. Organize and deliver

workshops and training programs

for students, teachers, and parents on mental health, motivation, academic stress, and behavior. Coordinate and implement

Career Guidance Programs

. Administer and interpret

Aptitude and Interest Tests

to support career planning. Initiate and execute developmental projects and activities to support student, teacher, and parent growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

:

Master's Degree (M.A.) in

Clinical Psychology

- Compulsory*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to empathize and build rapport with students, parents, and faculty. Experience in schools or educational institutions preferred. Strong understanding of child and adolescent development.
