About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated

Student Counselor

to guide students in making informed academic and career choices. The ideal candidate will provide support through counseling sessions, help students understand their strengths and interests, and assist them in selecting the right courses, colleges, or career paths.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career options, and admission processes. Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to understand student goals and challenges. Guide students through the application, admission, and documentation process. Maintain regular communication with students to monitor progress and provide ongoing support. Organize career guidance workshops, webinars, and orientation sessions. Maintain and update student records and counseling reports. Collaborate with educational institutions and coordinate between students and universities when needed. Stay updated on educational trends, new courses, and study opportunities in India and abroad.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in academic or career counseling (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Empathetic, approachable, and student-focused. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of national and international education systems. Experience in admissions or student engagement roles. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
