We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide them through the process of studying abroad--especially in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.
Assist with application processes, documentation, and visa guidance.
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Maintain updated knowledge of university programs, admission criteria, and deadlines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the counseling process.
Meet monthly targets and contribute to overall team success.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field (Education, Counseling, or related preferred).
Prior experience in student counseling or overseas education (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of German education system is a plus.
