We are looking for a

Student Counselor

to join our Accounting Institute in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, tele-calling, walk-in handling, and promoting courses through social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain course details Handle walk-in students and provide proper course counseling Follow up with leads and maintain student enquiry records Monitor and support students during their course period Update and manage course details on social media platforms Assist in presentations, promotions, and student engagement activities Coordinate with the academic team for student-related matters
Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Basic knowledge of accounting courses is an advantage Ability to handle tele-calling and face-to-face counseling confidently Experience in student counseling or education sector preferred Ability to manage social media posts and course updates Presentable, organized, and student-friendly attitude
Skills:

Communication & interpersonal skills Counseling & convincing skills Social media handling Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.)
Salary:

Salary: As per industry standards Incentives based on performance
