Role Overview

Codebrucke Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and student-centric Student Counsellor to guide learners in selecting suitable courses and support the enrollment process. The role blends student counselling with sales responsibilities in the EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses, curriculum, fees, and career prospects Understand student goals and recommend appropriate learning programs Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online leads Convert leads into successful enrollments Maintain follow-ups with prospective students and parents Update student data and counseling records in CRM systems Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for admissions support Meet individual enrollment targets and performance metrics
Required Qualifications & Skills

Prior experience in EdTech sales or student counselling Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Added Advantage

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
