We are looking for an experienced and student-focused

Student Counselor

to guide prospective learners and support them throughout their enrollment journey. The ideal candidate should be confident in counseling, follow-ups, and converting student inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities Handle student inquiries via calls, walk-ins, emails, and online platforms Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs Convert leads into successful enrollments Maintain accurate student records and follow-up details Coordinate with academic and administrative teams Support students throughout the admission and onboarding process Achieve monthly enrollment targets

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum

1 year experience

as a Student Counselor / Admission Counselor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain course details clearly and confidently Target-oriented with good convincing skills Basic knowledge of education / training institute operations preferred Comfortable working with CRM or Excel for lead tracking
