Application submission
Offer letter follow-ups
Visa documentation coordination (with visa team)
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings
Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure trust and conversions
Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Participate in
seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events
Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, visa policies, and market trends
Achieve individual and team
sales and revenue targets
Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred)
freshers or 1 years of experience as a
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to handle targets, pressure, and deadlines
Student-centric approach with a professional attitude
Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
