The Student Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective and existing students through academic and career counseling while actively converting inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students on course options, career paths, and academic planning
Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms
Convert leads and inquiries into successful admissions
Follow up with prospective students to achieve enrollment targets
Support the end-to-end admissions process and documentation
Maintain accurate student and lead records in CRM or systems
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Strong communication, counseling, and persuasion skills
Ability to meet admission and conversion targets
Student-centric and result-oriented mindset
Experience in education counseling or admissions preferred
