Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Handle Incoming Calls (Existing Students):


Attend and address queries, concerns, and support requirements of onboarded students.

Attend New Reference Calls:


Respond to new student reference enquiries and guide them with basic information.

Fee Collection & Follow-Up:


Support the finance team by coordinating fee collection and payment reminders professionally.

Student Learning App Monitoring:


Track student activity, progress, attendance, and usage of learning applications.

Live Class Coordination:


Schedule and coordinate live classes with students and faculty, ensuring smooth operations.

Student Engagement Activities:


Share greeting messages, send welcome calls, and maintain regular student interaction.

Weekly Feedback Calls:


Conduct weekly progress review calls with students to track learning and address challenges.

Student Retention & Referrals:


Encourage referrals from satisfied students and maintain high retention through strong relationship-building.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
