We are looking for a Student Admission Counselor who will be the first point of contact for incoming students leads.
The role involves attending inquiries, verifying and reviewing leads, providing initial counselling, and either transferring to senior counsellors or directly closing admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and follow up on student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email or any.
Review leads and qualify genuine prospects.
Provide basic counselling about available courses and programs that we offer
Schedule and transfer qualified leads to senior counsellors when required.
Convert and close admissions directly where possible.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
Meet monthly admission targets set by the company.
Required Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone.
Good communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
