Job Responsibilities
Counsel students on overseas education options, universities, and courses.
Make outbound calls and handle student/parent inquiries.
Assess student profiles and guide them through admissions and visa processes.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Stay updated on global education trends and requirements.
Qualifications
Experience in education counseling or customer service preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of international study destinations and admission processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
