Student Counselor

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Student Counselor to manage student inquiries, guide them through course selection, and convert leads into successful admissions. The counselor will act as the first point of contact for prospective students, providing accurate information, career guidance, and personalized follow-up to meet enrollment targets.

Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with incoming leads (phone, email, website, social media, walk-ins) and convert them into admissions. Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs based on their background and career goals. Counsel students and parents on admission procedures, eligibility, program structure, and career outcomes. Maintain and update lead records using CRM tools or internal databases. Coordinate and support the entire admissions process from inquiry to enrollment, including documentation and fee collection.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in an educational institution or training consultancy. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
