Role Overview
As a Student Counselor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring students and parents. Your role involves understanding each student's academic background, interests, and career goals -- and guiding them toward the most suitable international programs, universities, and destinations.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Support
Provide accurate counseling to students and parents regarding study destinations, programs, universities, eligibility, and admission timelines.
Course & University Selection
Guide students in selecting courses and universities based on academic profile, career goals, and financial capacity.
Visa & Documentation Support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper guidance for documentation, applications, and visa filing.
Follow-Up & Relationship Management
Maintain consistent communication with students and parents throughout the process to ensure smooth progress.
Target Achievement
Collaborate with the branch team to achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred but not mandatory)
0-2 years of experience in student counseling (preferably in study abroad/overseas education)
Excellent communication skills in
English & Malayalam
Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and coordination abilities
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, etc.)
Friendly, positive, and student-focused attitude
Preferred Profile
Experience in study abroad consultancies or overseas education counseling
Candidates from Thrissur or nearby districts
Candidates willing to relocate to Thrissur are welcome
