Responsibilities

Utilize tools such as Ellucian and PeopleSoft to manage student records, analyze data, and track progress effectively.

Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop tailored support plans that enhance student retention and success.
Facilitate workshops on topics such as communication skills, time management, and stress reduction.
Maintain detailed documentation of counseling sessions, interventions, and follow-up plans in compliance with institutional policies.
Stay informed about university policies and resources to provide accurate guidance and referrals for additional support services.
Participate in training sessions related to education administration, university experience enhancement, and counseling best practices.
