Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Student Counselor specializing in Germany study abroad programs to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students through every stage of the overseas education journey -- from selecting the right course and university to preparing visa documentation and pre-departure formalities

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding educational opportunities in Germany, including courses, universities, scholarships, and career pathways.

Conduct detailed profile evaluations to match students with appropriate programs and institutions.

Provide information on admission requirements, application deadlines, and visa procedures.

Guide students through application processes, SOP/LOR preparation, and document verification.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of German universities, programs (especially in English-taught and German-taught streams), and immigration policies.

Organize and conduct information sessions, webinars, and seminars for students and parents.

Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.

Maintain accurate student records and track progress through the counseling lifecycle.

Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and institutional partners.

Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets as defined by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in overseas education counseling, preferably with a focus on Germany or Europe.

In-depth knowledge of German higher education systems, visa regulations, and cultural aspects.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency required; knowledge of German is an advantage).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to build rapport with students and guide them with empathy and professionalism.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
