Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive

Student Counselor

to guide students in making informed academic and career choices. The role involves counseling students, understanding their goals, and providing suitable guidance regarding courses, colleges, or career paths.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents on academic programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities. Guide students in selecting appropriate courses based on their interests, skills, and future aspirations. Provide information on educational institutions, application processes, scholarships, and visa guidance (if applicable). Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure smooth admissions and enrollment. Organize seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions. Maintain accurate student records and update databases. Collaborate with faculty, admission teams, and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in student counseling/academic advising/overseas education. Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents. Knowledge of academic programs, career guidance, or overseas admission process is a plus. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,846.88 - ₹20,384.92 per month
