We are looking for an

enthusiastic Female Student Counsellor

for our

Kochi branch

, who will act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, providing end-to-end support in the overseas education process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, including courses, universities, and countries based on academic background, interests, career goals, and financial capacity. Conduct detailed assessment of student profiles and recommend suitable programmes. Handle enquiry calls, walk-ins, and provide prompt responses to student queries. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student information. Share course/university options with students on time after counselling. Manage CRM entries and ensure timely follow-ups with students. Support students throughout the application process, including documentation, processing, offer follow-ups, and payment conversion. Coordinate with departments like Processing, Documentation, IELTS, and Visa for smooth student updates. Refer students to IELTS/Language training if required. Provide pre-departure and post-departure assistance. Ensure timely communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Previous experience as study abroad counselor Good knowledge about the Overseas Education industry A female candidate
