We are seeking a motivated and empathetic

Student Counselor

to guide and support prospective students in choosing the right

nursing and paramedical courses

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, helping students understand course options (ANM, GNM, DMLT), eligibility, and career paths. The role involves converting inquiries into enrollments and maintaining strong follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about course details, admission procedures, and career opportunities in the healthcare and nursing sector. Handle incoming calls, and walk-in queries. Maintain student records, follow-up database, and provide regular updates. Guide students through the admission and documentation process. Maintain a professional and supportive environment for all students.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduate in any field 1-3 years of experience in counseling/admissions preferred (Freshers may apply) Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English Knowledge of nursing/paramedical education system is a plus Strong interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills

Salary:

?8,000 - ?15,000/month (based on experience and performance)

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Flexible during admission seasons)
