Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused

student counselor

to join our team. The role involves advising students on higher education opportunities abroad, assisting them in selecting suitable programs and institutions, and guiding them through the entire admission and visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study abroad options, courses, universities, eligibility, and application procedures Assess students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable universities and programs Guide students through the application process, including document preparation, SOP writing, and application submission Maintain regular follow-up with leads and walk-ins to ensure smooth communication and timely updates Coordinate with university representatives for application updates, interview schedules, and offers Assist in organizing student orientation programs, seminars, and events Keep records of counseling sessions and maintain a student database Stay updated on global education trends, admission policies, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities
Bachelor's degree

Requirements:

Minimum1 year of experience in student counseling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Knowledge of overseas education processes( MBBS Abroad/Study Abroad) Ability to handle student queries and resolve concerns professionally
