About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Student Counselor

to join our team. In this role, you will provide career guidance and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them to explore career options in the Aviation

industry

, develop job search strategies, and achieve their career goals. You will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with your knowledge of the job market and career development principles, to empower clients to make informed decisions about their future.

Role & Responsibilities:

Contact incoming leads within 2 hours of receiving their information. Introduce Flyrad - explain our mission, services, and the value we provide to students. Qualify the lead by identifying their goals, urgency, and budget. Share course brochures, service details, and relevant program information with clarity. Address and resolve any questions or doubts the client may have. Accurately record all client interactions and responses in a Google Sheet. Schedule counseling sessions and send timely follow-up messages or reminders. Assist in collecting necessary documents from the clients. Generate invoices, explain fee structures, and confirm receipt of payments. Maintain and update the customer journey map to track the progress of each client.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in admissions or student counselling; experience in the

aviation industry

will be an added advantage. Proficiency in

English

(mandatory) and at least

three additional languages

. A

bachelor's degree

in any discipline. Willingness to

travel

or

relocate to Koramangala

, Bangalore as required. Open to applications from
