We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Student Administration Counsellor with 1 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu, along with strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation abilities. You will be responsible for guiding students in their academic and career journey, handling admissions processes, and ensuring a smooth counselling experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Provide detailed information about academic programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
• Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain records of student data, applications, and follow-ups.
• Assist in admission documentation, verification, and compliance processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Deliver presentations in seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions.
• Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Education/Administration preferred).
• 1 3 years of proven experience in student counselling, administration, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
• Excellent convincing ability and negotiation skills.
• Confident in presentation and public speaking.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
