We are hiring for Student visa counselor role for our company based at Nikol, Ahmedabad

Min 2+ years of relevant work experience required in same

Core Responsibilities

Student Guidance & Advising:

Help students choose suitable countries, universities, and courses based on profiles and career goals.

Application Assistance:

Guide and assist with complex application forms, Statement of Purpose (SOP), financial documents, and other paperwork.

Visa Process Management:

Advise on specific visa requirements, prepare students for interviews, and ensure all documentation meets immigration standards.

Information & Updates:

Keep current with changing visa regulations, immigration laws, and new study opportunities.

Financial Planning:

Provide guidance on overall expenses, fee structures, and educational loan options.

Coordination:

Communicate with universities, embassies, and consulates to streamline the process.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of student applications, progress, and follow-ups.

Workshops & Sessions:

Conduct informational sessions on study abroad opportunities and visa procedures.
Key Skills & Knowledge

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of international education systems, visa processes, and immigration laws for various countries.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural, and presentation skills.

Organization:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to address student concerns and prepare for potential rejections.

Customer Service:

High commitment to client satisfaction and positive outcomes.
