Counsel and guide students on career choices and appropriate courses offered by the company.Conduct detailed profile assessments to match students with suitable learning paths.Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to convert leads into enrollments.Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure end-to-end support throughout their learning journey.Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.Build and maintain a positive rapport with prospective and enrolled students.Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student feedback.Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve student engagement.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry as a counselor or academic advisor.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to understand student needs and deliver suitable solutions.
