Job Description

We are looking for a

female student counselor / telecaller

who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and fluent in both

English and Malayalam

. You will play a key role in guiding students, explaining our programs, and following up on inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries Provide course and career guidance to students and parents Maintain and update the student database Follow up with potential leads through phone, email, and WhatsApp Coordinate with faculty and admin teams to schedule sessions Maintain a professional, positive attitude in all interactions

Requirements:

Female candidates only

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory) Prior experience in student counseling or telecalling (preferred) Strong communication skills in

English and Malayalam

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)
