Responsibilities:

Provide personalized counseling to students for academic, personal, and career challenges. Offer guidance in academic planning, mental health, and career exploration. Advocate for student needs and collaborate with faculty for a supportive environment. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

Requirements:

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience and a bachelor's degree. This position is open to female candidates only. Strong communication and empathy skills. Proficiency in counseling techniques and assessment tools
