Job Overview

We are looking for a Student Counselor to join our team at Blitz Academy. As a Student Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting them with their academic and personal development. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and develop new client relationships
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our educational courses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Represent Blitz Academy at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the business network
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable outcomes
• Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry news, market trends, and best practices in business development
