We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our mentoring team. To be a successful mentor, you should be able to support and educate the study abroad aspirants through a well-prepared counselling program. You will serve as the facilitator for attaining student\'s academic or career goals and assist them in their study abroad journey. You should be able to maintain strong relationships and must have the ability to make them feel friendly and comfortable. Successful candidates will be added to the core team which provides them with immense growth opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x97\x8f Mentoring students to get admission in their dream universities \xe2\x97\x8f Develop a trusted relationship with students as their mentors for any guidance regarding studying abroad \xe2\x97\x8f Help students choose a perfect destination according to their requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Being well informed and updated about study abroad industry \xe2\x97\x8f Handle both inbound and outbound calls and conduct regular follow-ups to gather and successfully close the leads \xe2\x97\x8f Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students \xe2\x97\x8f Attend to student queries promptly and professionally \xe2\x97\x8f Form a rapport with the students, thus enabling a comfortable and free exchange of thoughts and ideas \xe2\x97\x8f Regular follow up of leads \xe2\x97\x8f To provide a professional and quality counselling service that exceeds customer expectations \xe2\x97\x8f Handling community groups for doubt clearance REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x97\x8f Minimum 6 months experience in the study abroad industry \xe2\x97\x8f Good knowledge and experience in Overseas Education \xe2\x97\x8f Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times \xe2\x97\x8f Great Listeners who have the ability to build friendly relationships with customers \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent interpersonal, mediation and communication skills \xe2\x97\x8f Individuals with the ability to approach any situation with patience and powerful empathy \xe2\x97\x8f A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb950,000.00 per month Benefits:
