Job Description

Make outbound calls to

prospective students and parents

to explain courses, admission processes, and fee structures Handle inbound calls and

respond to admission-related inquiries

professionally Follow up on

leads generated from ads, websites, walk-ins, and referrals

Counsel students regarding

course selection, eligibility, and career paths

Schedule

counseling sessions, demo classes, or campus visits

Maintain accurate

call records, lead status, and follow-up data

in CRM or registers Achieve

daily calling targets and admission conversion goals

Address basic concerns and objections related to

fees, batches, and curriculum

Coordinate with the

admission and academic teams

for smooth enrollment Ensure proper documentation collection and

admission closure support

Maintain polite communication and

high service quality standards

Provide regular reports on leads, follow-ups, and admissions status to seniors
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
