QUALIFICATION:

Master's degree in Psychology Minimum of 2 years professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational field. Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students' problems and developmental needs. Excellent active listening and communication skills. Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality. Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language. Excellent interpersonal skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for handling the counseling role in the school 1-3 years of experience teaching pre-primary or primary children (preferred).

Must be able to handle the children patiently

JOB DUTIES:

Listen students concern about the academic, emotional or social problems To help in student admission process related to their problems, plans, goals and actions. Resolve the conflicts between the students and teachers. Improve parents/teachers relationships Organize peer counseling programs

Work on academic boards to improve learning conditions

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Candidates with public school experience. Excellent communication skill Proficiency in subject relevant to the post
