Student Counselor - Overseas Education

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Student Counselor to guide students seeking higher education abroad. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills, with the ability to understand students' aspirations and provide the right guidance throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling to students regarding study options, admission procedures, and course selection. Handle walk-in and online inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion. Maintain strong relationships with students and parents by providing accurate information and support. Assist students in preparing application documents and ensuring smooth admission processing. Maintain and update student records in the CRM. Meet individual and team targets related to admissions and conversions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in any discipline. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in student counseling or a similar role (education sector preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle students with empathy and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
