Call and follow up with leads from Meta ads, website, walk?ins, and referrals to fix counseling sessions and campus visits.
Understand each student's background, interests, and career goals and suggest the right course or upskilling package (Professional Diploma, advanced modules, etc.).
Explain course details, fees, EMI/fee plans, placement support, and admission process clearly and confidently.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow?ups, and pre?admissions in CRM/Excel and coordinate with the admission and accounts team.
