Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic student counselor to guide students in making informed decisions about their academic and career goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport, and a genuine passion for student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about courses, admission procedures, career paths, and opportunities.

Guide students through the enrollment process and help them make informed decisions.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Manage and update the student database with relevant details and interactions.

Organize and participate in career seminars, open houses, and other outreach programs.

Collaborate with the academic team to understand course offerings and student requirements.

Provide emotional and motivational support where required.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, HR, or any related field (master's is a plus).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.

Ability to handle student concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Prior experience in counseling or academic advising is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Multilingual skills are a plus.
