Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Student Counsellor cum Business Development Manager with proven expertise in the education sectors of Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand. The role is based at our Surat office and involves providing comprehensive guidance to students on academic and career pathways, assisting them with course selection, application, and visa procedures, and helping them make well-informed decisions for a successful international education journey.
Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling and career guidance to students aspiring to study in Australia, the UK, Canada, and New Zealand.

• Assist students in identifying suitable courses, institutions, and career pathways based on their academic background and career goals.

• Guide students through the complete admission and visa application process.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of universities, colleges, course structures, and entry requirements across all study destinations.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with students and parents, offering consistent support throughout the application journey.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing and timely submission of applications.

• Contribute to business development initiatives by promoting services, generating leads, and achieving enrolment targets.

Requirements
Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience in student counselling across multiple study destinations.

• Comprehensive understanding of international education systems, course structures, and visa processes for Australia, the UK, Canada, and New Zealand.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Professional, ethical, and student-focused approach to counselling.

• Willingness to work onsite at our Surat office.
