Job Description

Key responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, assisting with college and career planning, collaborating with educators and parents, and fostering student well-being. They also organize events, mediate conflicts, and report any signs of student abuse or distress through appropriate channels. Core Responsibilities

Student Support:

Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, personal, and social issues.

Goal Setting:

Work with students to set achievable goals and develop skills to meet them.

Career & College Guidance:

Offer advice on course selection, career paths, college admissions, and potential internships or jobs.

Collaboration:

Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive environments and action plans for student success.

Well-being:

Address emotional and mental well-being, observing student behavior and reporting potential abuse or distress.

Skill Development:

Educate students on critical social, behavioral, and life skills to help them navigate challenges.
