Student Counsellor
to guide students and parents regarding academic courses, career options, admissions, and institutional programs. The counsellor will act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and proper guidance to help students make informed academic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about courses, batches, fees, and admission procedures
Understand student needs and recommend suitable academic programs
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads professionally
Maintain student records, follow-ups, and enquiry databases
Support admission and enrollment processes
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
Provide basic career and academic guidance to students
Area & Scope of Work
Student academic counselling and career guidance
Admission support and enrollment coordination
Lead management and follow-up
Parent interaction and query resolution
Student relationship management
Support institutional growth through effective counselling
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to counsel and motivate students
Basic knowledge of educational courses and career paths
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, basic CRM tools)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Eligibility
Graduate or Postgraduate (Education/Any discipline)
Freshers with good communication skills may apply
Prior experience in educational counselling is an advantage
