Career Launcher, India's leading education and test-preparation organisation, is seeking a

Student Counsellor

for its Ghaziabad Centre. The role involves student engagement, academic counselling, and enrolment management for various competitive exam preparation programs such as

CAT, CLAT, IPMAT, CUET, GMAT, GRE

, and other career-oriented courses.

The ideal candidate should be student-centric, articulate, result-oriented, and capable of converting walk-ins and leads into successful admissions while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding Career Launcher's programs and career pathways. Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic leads, and online enquiries effectively. Convert leads into enrolments through structured counselling and follow-ups. Maintain accurate student data, enquiry records, and MIS reports. Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students. Participate in outreach activities, school/college visits, seminars, and events. Ensure excellent post-enrolment student support and relationship management. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.
