Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding university programs, eligibility, and career pathways Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads Provide accurate information about courses, fees, admission procedures, and scholarships Follow up with prospective students to ensure successful conversions Maintain records of enquiries and admissions using CRM or internal software Coordinate with the admission and academic teams for smooth onboarding Participate in seminars, counselling sessions, and education fairs Meet monthly admission and conversion targets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Any stream) 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, student support, or education sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, presentable, and student-friendly attitude Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Good knowledge of MS Office
