Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven

Counselor

with a solid background in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, supporting marketing efforts, and driving student enrollments through effective communication, counseling, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist prospective students, addressing their queries and providing detailed information on academic programs. Support marketing activities, including conducting cold calls, sending emails, and promoting academic programs. Counsel students and parents, providing expert guidance on choosing academic programs that align with their goals and needs. Maintain a strong understanding of sales techniques, program offerings, and the academic landscape to maximize student enrollments. Meet and exceed business targets within established timelines. Follow up regularly with prospects to close enrollments and foster long-term relationships. Track and report sales activities, sharing insights and feedback with management.

Requirements:

Experience:

3-4 years in counseling, sales, or a similar role.

Languages:

Fluency in

English

Hindi

, and

Telugu

is mandatory. Strong interpersonal and convincing skills to drive enrollments. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines and achieving sales goals. Experience in the education industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
