Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated
Student Counsellor - Trainee
to assist in guiding prospective students through the admission process. The trainee will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing course-related information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:

Student Counselling & Guidance:
Interact with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, and career prospects.
Assist students in selecting suitable programs based on their interests and qualifications.

Admission Process Handling:
Explain the application and enrolment procedures.
Support students in completing admission forms and documentation.
Follow up with students to ensure timely completion of admission requirements.

Lead Management & Follow-ups:
Handle incoming inquiries and maintain student databases.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
Keep a record of student interactions and maintain accurate reports.

Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with the sales and admissions team to streamline processes.
Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational programs and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Preferred: Education, Psychology, Business, or related field).
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and [Local Language].
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build rapport and engage with students effectively.
Customer Service Orientation:
A positive and helpful attitude towards students and parents.
Tech Savvy:
