Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, programs, eligibility, and career opportunities
Handle student inquiries through walk-ins, calls, emails, and digital platforms
Support the admissions process from enquiry to enrollment
Maintain accurate student records and follow-up reports
Conduct career guidance sessions, orientation programs, and campus tours
Collaborate with academic, marketing, and admissions teams
Participate in education fairs, school visits, and promotional events
Address student concerns and provide ongoing academic guidance
Achieve enrollment targets while maintaining ethical counselling standards
