As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication skills, and customer-centric approach.
Skills Required
1) Bachelor's degree in any stream.
2) Good written & verbal communication skills.

Good Fluency in Malayalam (Highly required)

Responsibilities and Duties
1) Handling walk-in enquirers, telephonic enquirers & email enquirers. Having Overseas Education Experience is Added beneficiary other field of Telecalling experience is be preferred to build your career here.
2) Responsible for academic & career counseling for prospective learners and their parents.
