Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Student Counsellor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counselling aptitude, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on academic programs, career options, and course selections. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand students' needs, strengths, and goals. Assist students in the admission process, documentation, and form submissions. Provide accurate information about courses, institutes, admission criteria, and career paths. Maintain student records and follow up with potential leads. Conduct seminars, workshops, and group counselling sessions when required. Coordinate with academic teams to ensure proper student support throughout their learning journey. Track student progress and provide continuous guidance. Build strong rapport with students and parents, addressing their queries effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or related field. 1-2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor or Academic Advisor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle student concerns with patience and empathy. Strong presentation and convincing skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
