Conduct counselling sessions (in-person and online) with prospective and enrolled students to understand their goals.
Manage inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Provide orientation to new students on class schedules, course structure, and policies.
Collaborate with academic staff to track student performance and address learning challenges.
Identify student concerns and provide appropriate academic or emotional support.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience (1-2 years) as a student counsellor (study abroad industry )
Excellent communication and listening skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong empathy, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities.
