Key Responsibilities:
Tele caller Role:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Provide accurate information about our UPSC programs, fee structure, and schedules.
Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in CRM tools.
Student Counsellor Role:
Understand students' aspirations and career goals.
Counsel students about UPSC preparation strategies and the benefits of our program.
Conduct in-person or virtual counselling sessions.
Coordinate with faculty and admin teams for smooth onboarding.
Help students make informed decisions about joining our program.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Tamil/Hindi preferred).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport.
Positive attitude and a student-friendly approach.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets).
