Position

Summary

: Teen Theory seeks a dedicated Student Counsellor to support students in grades 7-12 through academic excellence and skill development programs. This role combines direct student support with program coordination and business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Support

Provide tutoring and personalized academic guidance to school students Develop and implement customized academic plans aligned with college and career goals Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly

Program Management

Coordinate counselling programs and mentorship sessions Manage student experience and maintain satisfaction standards Facilitate communication between students, parents, and mentors

Business Development

Conduct outreach to prospective students and parents Present program offerings and benefits to potential clients Support enrollment processes and lead generation activities
Requirements

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field 2-4 years experience in student counselling or educational services Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with college admissions processes Background in sales or educational outreach Familiarity with digital learning platforms
