Job Description

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the school and parents for all matters concerning student development, behaviour, and emotional well-being. Collaborate with teachers to observe and monitor student behaviour in classroom settings and recommend strategies to support their growth and handle sentive situations with empathy and Patience. Counsel children demonstrating disruptive behaviours such as hurting others, tantrums, withdrawal, or difficulty in social interaction. Maintain confidential records of assessments, parent meetings, and interventions. Support the transition of children into preschool and throughout different classroom stages by promoting emotional security ,resilience and Strong understanding of child psychology, developmental milestones, and early learning challenges .
Eligibilities:

Female Candidates required Bachelor's / Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Social Work, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in a preschool environment, specifically working with early childhood age group. Training or certification in counselling, early intervention, or special education is an added advantage. Immediate Joiners required

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
