We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Counselor to join our team at green arrow trading Academy. The ideal candidate will lead the academic counselor, and play a pivotal role in guiding students toward their right career paths while driving admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the academic counseling team to achieve enrollment targets.
Guide students in selecting appropriate courses and career paths.
Mentor and support junior counselors to enhance their skills and performance.
Use technology tools effectively to manage counseling and admission processes.
Develop and implement strategies to boost admissions and student engagement
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of work experience in academic counseling or a related field.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using computer systems and technology tools.
Ability to motivate a team and consistently meet targets.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
